600JC vs 600JCM

The 600JC and 600JCM are effectively the same model, and differ only with the amount of standard ram (16MB vs 32MB) and the included software.

The 600JC can be upgraded to 32MB of RAM using the HPW-RB32 Ram Card Upgrade.

Serial/VGA Port

Requires adapter from 26-pin connector, either HPW-WSCB for RS-232 Serial or HPW-WVCB for VGA-Out.

I’m not aware of a combination adapter that can do both serial and VGA at the same time.

If it’s the same part as the HPW-200JC, then it is IrDA 1.0 (2400bps to 115.2kbps)
