I’ve been collecting (sometimes referred to as “hoarding” by the unwashed masses) old technology since the late 1990s. My particular niche is mobile technology, especially products that didn’t do well in the market, and forgotten storage formats.
I tend to find an interesting but obscure topic – interesting to me at least – and compile information on it (like the Newton Messaging Card) or make lists around it (like desktop PCMCIA card slots).

previous life as a Perl programmer I created the web site Quizilla.com (later sold
to MTV/Viacom, a move I still regret).
